Spree Enterprise has developed its proprietary IT system ‘SERP’: this enables integrated management to function across all facets of the business. This means that all aspects can be managed through an all-encompassing process commencing with our internal customer support team, then our client managers, through to human resources, operations and finance. Very soon you’ll also be able to log into your very own screen and view specific data related to jobs and contracts, including documentation and reports on Quality, OH&S and the environment. The Periodic Program Maintenance Schedules will be set up in the system and a reminder will be emailed to you 12 days before the service will be performed. You’ll also be able to track work orders, service request and it will give you the ability to view any financial information that you may need.
