Management Team

David joined his father Tony in mid 1999, serving as the company’s General Manger. In 2008 he was appointed Chairman & CEO. His tertiary qualifications coupled with his experience, entrepreneurialism, leadership skills and passion for business, continue to be part of the driving forces behind the steady growth of the company.

Tony shares Spree’s philosophies of customer service and his day-to-day role is overseeing and co-coordinating many of Spree’s larger contracts, including the co-ordination and management of staff and front-line operations.

Mary Ratskos joined Spree Enterprise in 1985, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge in customer service, human resource management and administration. She started as head of Spree’s customer service division before being appointed Associate Director. Mary also oversees the company’s day-to-day administrational duties and plays a key role in the internal support and customer relationship management of a large number of Spree’s clients.

Tony Riso joined Spree in 2008 and has over twenty years of facilities management and sales experience — having personally managed operations ranging in size from a 1000sqm to over 25,000sqm. He is responsible for providing professional advice for all the sales and business development activities across all of Spree’s people, markets and service sectors.

Michael Xie has worked in the contract service industry since 1988 and plays a key role in our organisation as his knowledge, experience and relationships in the property services industry allows Spree Enterprise to develop synergies and increase the reliability of its services.
